• Appliances - installing washing machines, dishwashers, fridge-freezers

• Bathrooms - fixing loose tiles, replacing grout, removing and replacing mouldy silicone sealant, and minor plumbing jobs such as fixing dripping taps, replacing broken toilet flushes or fill valves, fixing or replacing basin wastes (sink drains)

• Doors - adjusting uPVC doors that are rubbing, oiling door hinges, replacing broken hinges or door handles
